David Wayne Barker

Graveside services for Mr. David Wayne Barker, 77, were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024 in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

 Mr. Barker, a resident of the Edison community, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024 in the Bill Manning Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt.

Mr. Barker, a veteran of the Vietnam War, served in the U.S. Army in an artillery unit. He was employed for over 40 years by the Reasons Construction Company.

 He is survived by two sons, Brian Barker and Jeremy Barker; a daughter, Krystal Rizzo; a brother, Mike Barker; a granddaughter, Oaklee Barker; three step-daughters, Kristi, Kim and Beverly; and several step-grand and great-grandchildren.
