Another 4-0 week in picking Weakley County games in Week 7. I did miss four games overall, as I went 11-4 last week.

There were multiple games that could have gone either way that I missed like McEwen beating West Carroll, Huntingdon beating Riverside and Northpoint Christian beating University School of Jackson.

And then I completely whiffed on South Side’s blowout win over Bolivar. But I guess that means my pick this week for Westview-Bolivar should be an easy one.

Overall, I am 80-23 (.777 winning percentage) with my picks this season.

Westview (7-0, 4-0 7-3A) at Bolivar (3-3, 2-2)

The Chargers’ passing attack was on point to beat a Dyersburg team that eliminated them from the 2023 playoffs. The bye week looms, but Westview must go on the road and get another region win.

Gleason (3-4, 0-4 7-1A) at Humboldt (2-5, 0-4)

The Vikings will have athletes, so Gleason’s defense is going to have to make some stops in the second half to give the offense opportunities to score. Four straight losses is enough for the Bulldogs.

South Fulton (6-1, 3-1 7-1A) at Dresden (2-5, 1-3)

The Red Devils have only faltered once this season, and that was against Union City. Dresden is getting better, but South Fulton is a veteran group.
