Bobby Ray Willis

Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Willis, 86, were held 3 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Jackson, Tenn. with Rev. Eric M. Rudsenske officiating. Burial followed in Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt.

Mr. Willis passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Gibson County, Tenn. to the late Claude Willis and Carolyn Lou Thomas Willis. He graduated from Humboldt High School and was a retired plumber and pipe-fitter. Mr. Willis proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Billy Gene Willis and Dickie Wayne Willis.

Mr. Willis is survived by wife of 64 years, Janet A. Savre Willis; children, Doug Willis and wife Lisa, Debra Perez and husband Gilbert, Derek Willis and wife Pixie, Dana Willis, and Robert Willis and wife Margaret; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.

 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Concordia Lutheran Church, 637 Wallace Road, Jackson, TN 38305.
