Sybil Jo Nowell Hamilton

Funeral services for Ms. Sybil Jo Nowell Hamilton, 89, were held at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Humboldt. Burial followed in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation was at the church on Friday from 2 p.m. until service time.

 Ms. Hamilton, a bookkeeper and member of the Humboldt Exchange Club, the YY’s and the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

 She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Hamilton.

 Ms. Hamilton is survived by two daughters, Linda Postiglione (Daniel) of Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Karen Clark (Warlick) of Medina, Tenn.; a son, Steve Hamilton (Anita) of Medina; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
