Memorial service for Ms. Carolyn Marshall Randolph, 81, will be held Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Milan First United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation will be Friday from 10 – 11 a.m. at the church.
