Adamsville boys join West Tennessee Basketball Rankings after Week 7

The 2026 portion of the high school basketball season is here. That means district matchups will start this week, and these are the games that matter.

The first half of the season is fun, but those games were to be ready for district play. And teams want to be playing at a high level here in January.

Adamsville boys is one of those teams as the Cardinals have won nine of their first 11 games, and for the first time this season, the team is ranked in the West Tennessee High School Basketball Rankings.

Here are the top 15 high school basketball teams going into Week 8 of the season:

BOYS
